Start 2023 off right! Give your business a Tune Up and wellness check from two nationally-recognized hospitality consultants, Frank & Jen. By joining forces, we have created a holistic, strategic advisory program to approach the challenges you are already tackling. We will re-teach you how to evaluate your business and make strategic suggestions for profitability and growth in 2023 and beyond. There are two options available with deliverables listed below. Prior to either option, we do require you to complete a survey for our assessment of your existing business practices today.

The Tune Up

A tune-up call will be scheduled based on the results of the survey. This collaborative call will include both consultants providing sales and operational recommendations. You will leave the call with three focused company-wide resize and tune-up initiatives.

How Does the Tune Up Work?

The Tune Up is a great introduction for a customer that is new to working with a consultant. It is a three-step process that requires a little work from the customer on the front end, and then Frank & Jen take it from there:

Step One: The Survey

The customer completes a survey that is structured on the event lifecycle as it relates to various departments within a typical catering company. The survey also includes questions related to goals, history, etc, to allow for a complete company overview.

(The time commitment from our existing clients has ranged between 30 minutes to 75 minutes depending on the details entered).

Step Two: The Review and Call

Frank & Jen review the survey and gather information in preparation for a tune-up call with the customer. They will be putting together their recommendations in five various areas, including Goals, Sales, Marketing & Proposal Development, Production, Culinary & Operations, and Administration & Management.

Step Three: The Tune Up

Following the Tune Up call, Frank & Jen will send a follow-up one-page written document with three company-wide initiatives for the tune-up.

$500

The Deep Dive

A deep-dive analysis of the customer’s business, including survey review, strategic initiatives, and next steps implementation. This includes two collaborative Zoom calls with both consultants providing specific sales and operational recommendations. You will receive a minimum of two strategic initiatives for Sales (Front of House), two strategic initiatives for Operations (Back of House), and three overall company-wide resize and tune-up initiatives. (Note: these minimum strategies counts and categories may change based on critical need)

How Does the Deep Dive Work?

The Deep Dive is a more in-depth review for a customer that wants to spend a little more time with us. This is a four-step process that still only requires a little work from the customer on the front end, and then Frank & Jen take it from there:

Step One: The Survey

The customer completes a survey structured on the event lifecycle as it relates to various departments within a typical catering company. The survey also includes questions related to goals, history, etc, to allow for a complete company overview.

(The time commitment from our existing clients has ranged between 30 minutes to 75 minutes depending on the details entered).

Step Two: Jumping In on the First Call

Frank & Jen review the survey and gather information in preparation for the first Zoom call with the customer. They will be putting together their recommendations in five various areas, including Goals, Sales, Marketing & Proposal Development,  Production, Culinary & Operations, and Administration & Management.

Step Three: Diving Deeper on the Second Call

Frank & Jen schedule the second Zoom call with the customer. This will be a more in-depth follow-up on issues that need greater focus and attention based on the first call.

Step Four: The Tune Up

Following the Second Deep Dive call, Frank & Jen will send a follow-up written document with two sales, two operations, and three company-wide initiatives for the tune-up.

$2500
